Difficult trucking case where clients were making a left turn and were passed by a semi-tractor trailer on a rural two-lane road. The truck newly licensed truck driver failed to follow simple safety rules that any professional truck driver should follow in order to keep us all safe on our highways and ended up crashing into our clients broadside and rolling his semi truck.
